Scecina Re-Enrollment Guide
We hope the second semester is off to a great start for your family, and we thank you for allowing us to partner with you in the education of your child.

February will be a busy month at Scecina Memorial High School as planning for the 2017-2018 school year continues and our families re-enroll for next year.

To assist you in your planning, we have packaged all 2017-2018 re-enrollment information below. Simply scroll down to view more information about:

Should you have any questions regarding these materials, please contact the Scecina Memorial staff member listed for each area.

Again, thank you for being an important part of the Scecina family. We look forward to another successful year of serving you and your child in 2017-2018!

Sincerly,
Kelsey Greiner
Director of Enrollment Management

New Re-Enrollment System

Scecina has transitioned to a new enrollment system, SchoolAdmin, which will help to organize the re-enrollment process for you and your student.

Please log in to SchoolAdmin, to update your child's information and to view the necessary steps for Re-Enrollment, by going to
https://scecina.schooladminonline.com/portal/

If you do not currently have an account with SchoolAdmin, you will need to put in an authentication code, which is linked to your student, in order to access their record. You will receive an email today or tomorrow, from SchoolAdmin, with your authentication code.

Once you have successfully logged into SchoolAdmin, you will be able to update your student's demographic information and see the checklist items that you will need to complete in order to re-enroll your student for the 2017-2018 school year. Once an item has been completed you will see that item checked off.
As we get closer to the beginning of the school year, you may see items added, for example, tuition contract or technology use policy. You will get notifications to check your SchoolAdmin account periodically when these new items are added.

Courses Request Meetings

Course request meetings for current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will take place from February 6 through March 3. Each student will meet with a guidance counselor or the principal to review their current credits, go through the course options, and select classes for the next school year.

The 2017-2018 Course Catalog  is available online for parents to discuss course options with their student before this course request meeting.

After the course request meeting, students will receive a course request form that lists the courses they have selected through discussion with the guidance staff and principal. Parents are asked to review, sign, and return this form to the Guidance Office the day preceding their child's course request meeting. Should a parent wish to discuss the student's course selections with the academic  adviser, this can be indicated on the form.
